      Yep, I am - bought mine with the soft head 3 months ago. It's solid, but my house is 3/4 short pile carpet, and while the supplied head is fine, the carpet head will be better.

        The Viomi S9? I think on paper and review the L10 Pro seems like the better choice (unless you want the docking bin which seems like its problematic anyway?)

        I am leaning towards the L10 Pro but might gamble to see what sale is going to come up as we get closer to Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

      Not sure about the F9 but I'd be avoiding Dreame vac robots in general.

      I've got the Dreame D9 and the software is so damn frustrating, map constantly writes over the top of itself when it repositions itself incorrectly and screws up the internal map. Recent software update doesn't seem to have fixed it. Happens once a fortnight or so, mostly have to get it to remap the place but sometimes I can salvage the map through renaming or rezoning areas.

      Know this isn't your answer but I'm loving the S5 MAX, bought way too many spare parts though, over a year I've only really needed change that rubber spinny thing that's held in by a screw. Using two filters was useful, so can leave one to dry out after washing.

      The map can be a big annoying, sometimes it'll make a new if I place it in an area that has moved furniture but if starting normally not an issue. Surprised it's still so highly sought after.

      It's great if most of your house is flat, but corners, stairs and small gaps like closets can always use a stick vacuum.

      If your house has steps or are just clutter-y in general, robot vacs don’t work so well. They can get tripped up on things like wires, high pile rugs, etc. then you gotta go rescue them anyway.

    I bought the G10 plus an additional battery in a previous deal on a whim after reading some okay comments. Here are my thoughts.

    Current vacuums: Miele C3 bagged, Roborock S50, Xiaomi Mi G10 single head with extra battery

    Surfaces: 75% vinyl (put on top of wooden floor boards for protection and ease of cleaning before 2 young kids and inside dog arrived), 10% short carpet, 15% long rugs

    House: Small 80-100m2 house. Two bedroom, one bathroom, one covered outdoor carpet patio, one very large open living/kitchen area.

    Vacuum thoughts:

    Roborock S50 - Used daily. Picks up half a bin full of dog hair and child related debris. Can't reach bedrooms or patio without me manually placing it there. Multiple maps or levels would be great but can't complain for 3 years old and still going strong as ever. Struggles a bit with the longer rugs but still goes over them, just slowly. I have used the mopping function exactly twice and never again. Overall love this thing.

    Meile C3 - Used every two weeks or so. Mainly to give the house (especially carpets and rugs) a deep clean. Suction is amazing, everything just feels cleaner after using this. Usually use steam mop straight after going over the house with the Meile. Love this thing.

    Xiaomi Mi G10 - I find myself using this daily between 2-10 minutes for those in between clean ups, spills. I would normally just not deal with these types of clean-ups because dragging out the Meile or grabbing a dust pan and broom would be too much effort. I find myself cleaning the rugs and carpet sections of my house more often. Mostly for the novelty factor of being able to see all the dust, hair and grossness that it picks up! I don’t know if or when the novelty will wear of.

    Plenty of attachments and nozzles included on the G10. It picks up large debris from hard floors MUCH better than my parents Dyson V8. I don't believe they have the right head on their Dyson because whatever head they have just seems to push around large debris rather than actually sucking it up. I find myself having to pick up their Dyson and place the head directly on top of the debris rather than pushing it over it. Definitely prefer the G10 head that comes standard for hard floors.

    I used the mini electric brush to give our mattress a going over between sheet changes. Ended up draining BOTH batteries on HIGH POWER mode and sucking up an alarming amount of dust from our mattress. Pretty gross but satisfying at the same time! Only point to address is that the unit was VERY hot after this. I have also done this with our couch with similar results.

    I find myself cleaning the little nooks and crannies that my Roborock can't reach MUCH more often with my G10 than I would when I only had my Miele or broom. I see some dust or cob webs and I got straight for my G10 and deal with it in a couple of minutes. Fans, walls, trim, ceilings etc are much easier to reach with the G10 than my Miele.
    I like the way that the extra battery is integrated into the top of the existing dock. I have drained the primary battery many times during extended cleanings and having the second battery docked, charged and ready to go has been very handy. Maybe not Ozbargain like to get a second battery but I am glad that I did.

    The bin is easy enough to empty for me and I don’t have any troubles getting all of it into the bin.

    My only negative feedback is the lack of fine adjustment with the power levels. Low, Standard and High Power just isn’t enough control for me. Standard doesn’t feel like it has enough power for some things but High Power tends to suck the vinyl floor right up! I would much prefer a 1-10 scale for power rather than just three settings.

    I feel like I have found my clean holy trinity. Roborock S50, Meile C3 and Xiaomi Mi G10 with extra battery. For mopping I like my steam mop plus traditional mopping but with an extra large commercial mop head.

    I bought a Xiaomi vacuum (model 1C) and it broke on me within 3 months. Battery wouldn't charge, got a refund and bought a Dyson which has lasted me ever since (2 years ago now). Maybe it was just luck of the draw but can't say I would go back after getting the Dyson. The Xiaomi S50 Robot however has worked great for the last 3 years.

    I bought the v11 from the last deal - arrived with some damage to the stick/brush (looks like the box took a hit during shipping). Gearbite shipped a replacement out by express post pretty quickly without issues. Vacuum seems to work quite well / is much stronger than my old cordless, but haven't tested extensively

    We grabbed an F9 yesterday.
    The battery in our 4 year old xiaomi mi robot vacuum is finally dying. We've been very happy with it's cleaning performance though.
    The F9 has more suction and a bigger dust bin, so hopefully it is a worthy replacement.
