Needed to make a purchase from Myer and noticed that ShopBack have increased the cashback to 10-15% from 2pm-6pm today.

    Reminder to buy multiple items in seperate transactions, that way if you return 1 item you won't void the entire cashback

            @gotyourback: Yes I did, to be honest I have about 50% success rate with Shopback and find your support slow and exhausting to deal with which is why I've negged your deals in the past. Decided to try to be more positive this time around and it has again let me down 😭

            I can't do a missing claim as there is only 1 link in my click activity and it shows pending (I.e the first transaction). It seems my backing out and click again didn't register…sigh…

            Your main competitor meanwhile works every time and tracks immediately…

      They would fall under Beauty (15%).
      Just be conscious of the brand exclusions:

      Cashback not applicable for Products from brands such as: CHANEL & Dior

      These should fall under "Electronics" which is eligible for 10%.

      Our T&C's state:

          I appreciate the feedback.

          We understand there are still some kinks to be worked out (we'd be lying to ourselves if we said everything was perfect).
          With that said, our teams are working hard on a number of projects behind the scenes to really improve our product/offerings.

          One example is ShopBack acquiring the BNPL company "hoolah".
          There's a lot of potential here and we're pretty keen to see what more we can offer with this collaboration.

          Being a 3 year young start-up, I personally think we're in a solid position and our team has achieved a great deal over a short period of time.
          We will continue to iron out the kinks and improve based on any/all feedback provided by our communities.
          Hopefully one day soon you'll like/trust our product as much as I do :)
