Flash is an aggregation of news channels from foxtel. normally $8 a month (14 day trial) so $24 worth.
this deal is for subscribers to the Australian newspaper (cue murdoch bashing).
it is in the subscription bonuses section and it will issue a code.
maybe you could get a friends code.
it's possible other murdoch papers give 3 months too.

several flash channels are already free streaming elsewhere, some channels are junk and sky news has lots if ads.
but free / $8 its cheaper than foxtel now and better value than fetch with the news pack unless you need to record programs with a fetch mighty.
app is on many tvs, ipads etc.
