You basically need to fill out the form and get sent an SMS

Promotion offer of up to a maximum $11.50 AUD cashback for one product: The cashback amount is fixed to up to a maximum of $11.50 AUD per product. Valid for the purchase of one (1) product only, for the following eligible products:

  • Häagen-Dazs DUO Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel Crunch 420mL tub, or
  • Häagen-Dazs DUO Belgian Chocolate & Vanilla Crunch 420mL tub

If the product is bought on offer and the purchase price paid for the product falls below $11.50 AUD, the cashback will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid on promotion and shown on a valid itemised till receipt from one of the participating retailers (Woolworths, Coles & IGA). The offer is limited to 1000 cashback offers in total, which will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. The promotion will end at 23:59 on 30/11/2021, OR when 1000 unique, genuine and valid claims have been received, whichever is sooner. In the event of the maximum of claims being received before the closing date, participants will be immediately notified that the promotion has ended upon clicking on the promotional link.       Put my claim in around 3.30pm (Qld time) on Sat.
      Got the confirmation at 1.30am (Qld) on Tue am.

      Also got a text message at 1.30am with a link to forward to a friend to receive a gift. Not sure what this is about. And whilst I appreciate it, WTF with sending text messages at 1.30 in the morning? Luckily I was still awake, but I would have been pretty pissed if their text had woken me up!

        Considering the offer had already been active for a week, & was popular on OzBargain, decided not to wait. Walked a few minutes to IGA & bought @$10.90.
        Slightly earlier than you.

        Used an inactive Amaysim SIM (receives calls & SMS for another year - handy for promotions like this).

        So missed the late night SMS - SIM wasn't in phone.
        Assume it was another entry (to be used by someone else) in this expired offer. Common in promotions.

    It's the next day and I still haven't gotten an email back. This is honestly unacceptable that they made me go buy overpriced ice cream and not keep their word that they would provide cashback for it :(

    I said to myself I wouldn't eat the ice cream until I get the email… Looks like it's going to expire at this rate 😆

    i havent received confirmation email im a little worried as kids already eat it so i cant take it back. i used a different email than registering as my paypal email is different when i claimed it i wonder if that could be the issue?

      Be patient! It's taken a few days for most of us to get the confirmation email. Also, as long as you provided your paypal email address when they asked for it, you should be alright.

    No confirmation email on hubby’s claim. Full priced ice cream we didn’t even like. We sent the claim straight away after receiving the invitation sms.
