It may or may not be possible to order this on its own, as I haven't tried. What I did is order a $4.50 chips and I got the burger for free. Tastes great!

Not sure about the T&Cs, I tried looking for them but no luck. It does look like you can order using that website though, the deal comes up there. The app has an order ahead function but I guess the website does not.
