A previous promotion like this they shut down and didn't pay the bonus.

  • My id was accepted over the interweb and account was approved, no in person required. Waiting on email confirmation now.
$100 just before chrissy sounds good.

  • Do single parent pensioner card holders (under age 55) count?

    • not sure, the only other pension is disability now isnt it?

    • IMB’s Wisdom Saver Account is a high interest transaction account available to members 55 years or over, or members who receive an eligible permanent pension.

  • What is the interest rate?

    • Almost nothing .
0.3% if you have a minimum quarter of a million bucks. The interest gets lower with less.

      • Thanks.

I don't want my savings to go down. It's a pass.

  • I have received the new BSB and Account details straight away, however I just tried to transfer $100 from CBA and $100 from Westpac. Both have been rejected

    • yes, I called them up and they said to come in, thats what I keep saying

      • I couldn't make a deposit either. I haven't received a confirmation email yet so can't register on their app. Will give them a call sometime tomorrow. My nearest branch is almost 4000km away.

        • Spoke to a rep, eft is only option until id is confirmed. Eft (electronic funds transfer) has to be sorted with your bank and can take a couple of days to go through. Transfer must occur within 7 days of opening the new account and their $100 will be deposited middle of December.

@MadMud: IMB rejects any deposit attempts via Osko, instant payment, and wont default to eft.
I accessed my banks pay anybody option on my banks website Wednesday and made a $100 deposit.
Just showed up on my IMB account today.
Looking forward to my $100 reward about the middle of December.

Go to your bank's website, not the app, access your account and choose the pay anybody option. Should take about 3 working days to find out of it works. Did for me.
