T&Cs -

• This challenge entitles you to $3 bonus cashback when you spend $3 or more in a single transaction (minimum spend does not include GST charged at checkout for international items, delivery and all other fees) at eBay Australia through ShopBack between 17th November 2021 11.00am AEDT and 19th November 2021 11.59pm AEDT.
• Multiple items may be purchased in a single transaction to reach the minimum spend.
• Only purchases made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus cashback.
• Limited to one bonus per customer.
• Available while redemptions last.
• The $3 bonus cashback is in addition to the regular cashback you'll receive shopping at eBay Australia.
• The $3 bonus will be added to your account once your regular cashback turns Confirmed.
• Purchases that do not count towards this challenge are those in which do not meet the store's respective terms and conditions (including but not limited to cancellations, returns, exchanges, using unapproved coupons, purchasing excluded products/categories).
• Cashback will be voided if any fraudulent activities are detected or if any terms and conditions are not met.

    I just got the notification that my purchase from last night has tracked. Took about 19 hrs. I was getting a little worried, but it eventually registered. I don't know if it is just me but SB purchases (except their gift cards) seem to take longer than they used to to track.

      Well, my partner made the purchase after me but got tracked early this afternoon. Now I really don't understand how cone certain purchases got tracked quicker than others. Anyone knows why? I used the SB app then ebay app.

  Strange things is happening, previously promo bought some stickers through Shopback tracked normal, the notification reappeared just now saying is tracked.

  Last night bought the same stickers through Topcashback it didn't track but the other item in the same cart was tracked.

  I used the Shopback app, and incognito browser for Topcashback, how does it get mixed up.

  Already lost CR $3 bonus last time with similar issues.

      The item was bought 2 weeks ago, it's eBay's fault reporting to the wrong cashback provider.

    In the App if you go Earn More > Ongoing > Pending - it should show in that list.

  Mine didn't track. Contacted SB no reply for 2 days already although they claimed it normally take couple of hours to reply.

    Same. The regular cashback tracked but not the bonus (as the challenge is not showing up under pending).

      If the regular cashback tracked I can't see why bonus didn't. In my case, regular cash back didn't track.

      If you go to earn more and click on rewards you should be able to see if it is under there. Have you checked there? Bonus of $3 won't be listed under the cashback details, unlike Cashrewards which in my experience tracked faster and more reliable.

          @Reveen: Happened to me once before but I still received the bonus. Did you start the challenge, then shop via SB then eBay before the challenge ended? If so, I wouldn't worry too much. Contact support they should be able to tell you if they can see bonus amount pending.

  The same thing happened to be before and I still received the bonus. This time I followed the T&C, but normal cashback wasn't tracked. I did take all the sceenshots though if SB will get back to me.
