      SB APP to eBay APP works fine several times for me recently. Make sure you complete the purchase in the eBay APP once being redirected and do not close it or open other APP.

      Definitely not a scam company. The reps actually go beyond the call of duty to assist. They've paid out heaps for me and I can't remember when they haven't paid out when I've followed the process. Then again, I stopped checking a long time ago because of this confidence.

      The problem is many ppl don't know how cookies/trackers work if you follow the instructions it will track.
      My advice is if possible always use the app, years ago I had issues using Chrome (esp if I didn't clear cookies right before hand) but since the app includes it's own browser window everything has tracked for me.

      It is once per Shopback account. If for example your partner also has their own SB account, then it doesn't matter if you use the same eBay account as long as the sale is tracked to the their own account.

    I just realized I made a purchase with a promo code that couldn’t be removed. (I removed it under coupons and paid.) then realized it was still applied. Would the bonus cashback still apply then?

          I bought something yesterday and both the purchase and the bonus have tracked today. However the seller sent an email said item out of stock and they are going to refund me.

          So I guess both the purchase and bonus are going to decline. Can I still buy something else and gain bonus before the event close?

      Does it show "calculating"? The code will invalidiate cashback obviously. Completed does not mean approved.

      You don't get it. You voided it with the code. I voided one of my purchased before the promo using single day code.

      Ensure that you do not use any Coupon Code (unless otherwise stated) as it will result in $0.00 Cashback

      Afterpay10 makes you ineligible for cashback or $0 which will lead to no bonus. When they say calculating, means you won't get it.

    Yes, it says Calculating and obviously pending. This is another trap then. You should not get an acknowledgement email saying your cashback has tracked if the value is $0 and will be rejected. And does this mean my bonus is tied to this rejected transaction? I still have time to make another $3 purchase on eBay before the expiry date, but since I already received confirmation that I have completed the challenge I think I won't get the bonus.

      Yes, I think you still have time to make another eligible purchase.

      Calculating is better than no record. It shows you are doing right for tracking, but there is another reason that invalidiates the cashback.

      Any purchases within the eligible period will count as along as you made one. You have to check here to see what discounts are allowed to be used in conjunction with eBay and Shopback.

      check the category you bought the item for, e.g. you spent $4 and item category gets 1% cashback then you remove GST from item by diving it by $1.1.

      So in this case $ 4/1.1 = $ 3.6363 and you get 1 % of that = $ 3.6363 * 0.01 = $ 0.03636 tracked at SB
