Avoid !! They don’t refund and sometimes they’ll take money and don’t book your tickets. Useless people to deal with.

Do not fall for this trap. They're known for over booking flights & last minute cancellations, no refunds and poor customer service (one of my colleagues did not have a good experience).

They are very very bad with customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

  • Anyone has found better alternative option ?

I recently booked directly to qatar airways with paypal code. That was cheapest plus they issue flexi ticket. So i can change as many times as i like. From sydney to delhi , i paid 1760 return. The flight time is 3 hours extra but since booking directly at qatarairways, i found a lot better

To be fair, some people may want to travel to visit family who they haven't been able to see due to the pandemic. Also the vaccine should mitigate severity of infections if they were to contract covid whilst travelling.

    • Username checks out. (drama).😁😁😁

What is the sequence in which you are visiting countries, before you visit India last? /S

In case you didn't realise, they also account for over 1/6th of the world's population, so they are below the world's average in numbers of cases per 100k population.

To be fair, it is well known the testing rates there did not pick up all cases either. I wouldn't be surprised if the reported cases were at least double what is officially reported

Agree completely that not only are the testing rates are low, and the reporting is quite inconsistent.
My comment was largely addressed at JD, for not what he said, but how he said it. Thanks.

  • booked my flight in 2017 with them (4 months before the actual flight). even after emailing twice about getting front seat with infant basinet I did not get a reply. then I had to call & after confirming over phone a week before flying, they had not booked our seats. Journey became very hard for my 6 month old as all seats wit basinet were booked by the time we checked-in. (profanity) people-avoid.
