      Anyone know which site is more legitimate for buying through? Is like to buy nephews 12 months worth for Christmas but know keys from dodgy sites will get redeemed/resold if you don't use them quickly

        Both are as reputable as each other as it's a marketplace. You would have to compare support. I guess Eneba has more on the line because you can neg vote their next deal if something goes south.

      Sorry, just wanted to ask what you mean by the "fake discount"?
      From my experience with previous comments on deal websites, I'd assume you're referencing to service fees which are getting almost negated by the discount code in the deal. Let me know if you mean something different – I'll be happy to look into that.
      However, if that's the case - the website you linked to also has service fees.
      Oh, and they also slip in a monthly subscription in case you miss to un-check a button during checkout

      So if you actually do decide to buy from there – please make sure you don't dive in to a subscription you didn't want to get into in the first place.

    I did this trick about a year or so ago, is it possible to buy one 12 month sub and stack it on top of my current subscription to extend it? I'd rather keep it going than hit 0 and pay $15 to kick-start it again. Assuming I'll just need to buy it, connect to Turkey then redeem as usual?

      Xbox Gold gets converted at something like 1 year gold = 4 month game pass ultimate if you have an active XGPU subscription.

          Sorry I am new to this (a Playstation guy, want to buy this for someone).

          So, if I

          • create a new dummy MS account
          • purchase these Gold subscriptions
          • activate on the newly created account
          • convert Gold to GPU by paying just $1 (?)

          Can I share the new account with my friend who can add this account to his XBox to enjoy GPU XBox games while I use it as well on my Windows laptop to play GPU PC games?

              @thegreatermamba: Heya, yeah you can both access it at two separate locations. It's exactly like having it on your Xbox and accessing your Xbox account on your PC to play it on Windows. If you're good with sharing then by all means go ahead!

              Edit: I'm not sure how it will work if you're both playing together in a multilayer game or accessing two separate games at the same time, I've only used them at separate times.

          I had the same issue. My credentials in my Microsoft account showed an old US address I was using so it linked the redemption to a US Xbox account. I called xbox customer service, they cancelled all those cards and reissued them under an Australian account. I then went through with the ultimate upgrade for $1 and all was working again.

    Just remember that if you accidentally create your microsoft/xbox profile as Turkey and add the codes to that by mistake, you can still redeem the situation by buying an Ultimate code and converting it over to gamepass with that.

        probably more so new accounts. i think the main issue is more the region the xbox profile account gets set to when you get asked to create the profile the first time. The main thing is you create the account in your country, then only use the VPN to add the xbox live cards then turn it off again before doing anything else. Should be smoother sailing that way

    Went all fine for me. Service fee was around $9 depending on whether paying with credit card or PayPal. Total $130.80 with cc.

    Forgot I had another month on my Gold subscription so have to wait for a month to redeem the 3rd year :(

      As long as MS does not block this method. It will do. The live card itself does not expire.
      By the way why would you buy now and keep it for future? Future price may be even lower, there is not much point doing so if you are not intend to use it now.
      Check the history, this kind of code will appear over and over again.

    • Switched to TR VPN
    • Added 3 of Xbox Live Gold
    • Turned of VPN

    Now, when I try convert in into GPU, I get the following message

    "Change your Microsoft Store region
    You currently have a subscription from a different region. If it still doesn't work, please contact customer support."

    Would really appreciate if someone points to next steps.

      Figured it out and for those interested I didn't have the VPN on when selecting the upgrade. It was slightly misleading as it stated it would continue with a monthly billing of $15.95 AUD per month on the sign up screen. What that didn't state is that the billing start date is November 2024. Hope this helps.

    I tried doing this today.
    When trying to register for the GPU upgrade, it said I needed to change my Microsoft Store region.
    I contacted support who struggled to do it so far, so said they'd call me back.
    Hopefully it works out. They did offer an extra year of GPU as compensation though.
