Available stock will vary widely from store to store but current clearance of last season clothing at Big W seems a bit better than i remember it being previously. I have seen the following at numerous stores around Brisbane (esp Booval, Garden City, Macarthur Central,Robina) and have heard that to varying degrees they should be on clearance nationwide.
Various Mambo Shirts now $7 were $24.97 - bought 1 myself. They seem of pretty decent quality IMHO (plus some are quite amusing)
Man by Peter Morrisey underwear mostly $7 (a few patterns $5 at Macarthur and Garden City) were $17.xx - Personally, i am not that fussed on the "designer" aspect of it (although one pair comes with a small pocket!) but they are reasonably well made, i would say atleast on par with Holeproof and Bonds regular models.
Some Mambo board shorts $12 (were $34.96)
Mitre $15 fit walker shoes(were $48.92)
Man by Peter Morrisey "boat" shoes $10 (were $39.92)
Various others especially of the lesser quality brands like Tweed River.
Disclosure: I don't work for Big W but i do work for Woolworths (same company) in a low level menial task role. I have no interest in sales etc. I have not ticked rep as i thought that would be misleading but let me know if i should of.
Just wait a few more weeks and these would go down to about $5-$2 a shirt. Further markdowns will come down to get rid of these as they can't afford to keep them at the back because winter stock have been arriving since last month.
