As per picture attached, there is also an additional trade deal going on in EB games towards

  • Midnight Pulse 3D wireless headset
  • Midnight Dualsense controller
  • 12 months PS plus

All three above is exchangeable with

  • straight trade Playstation 4 Pro
  • Playstation 4 Slim (I assume as it says 500gb PS4, but better confirm with staff) + $49

I find the slim+$49 to be the better offer as you can get much more for a pro.

For reference, the current EB games trade in value for the playstation 4s are

  • PS4 = $140 + Level Bonus
  • PS4 slim = $160 + Level Bonus
  • PS4 Pro = $190 + Level Bonus

So it's not the best of deals if you compare with real world values, but much better deal if you are trading with EB Games.

    Not a great deal. That's about $280 value instead of $330 I got when exchanged mine and no one should get the Pulse 3D instead of an Arctis 7 anyway.

      I agree. A PS4 pro gets you way more than $250 (which is my value for the three items).

      The PS4 though sort of breaks even.

      I thought the Arctis 7x was all sold out?

      They are twice the price of the pulse 3D.

      no-one should get a goon bag of wine over a nice bottle but needs and budget must..

        Pulse 3D is $160 vs Arctis 7 $200'ish. Similar price bracket but the Pulse 3D isn't worth the cheap money. Really poor mic and average audio, not worth it.

    I am level 3 at Eb Games so I am not sure if that made any impact at all but I asked today about how much a PS4 Pro would be traded in for and I was told it would get me about $219.
    Alternatively I could trade it in for this deal which I was told was around $350 value?
    Just an FYI

      $190+$28.50 (15% level bonus) = $218.50, so that sounds right.

      Yup. And as mentioned, the real value at the moment is around the $250 - $280 mark.

      If you have the patience, you can get $300 easy on tree/fb.

    I thought the trade in deals EB had in the lead up to launch of both the current gen consoles … could've sworn I got much better coin for trading in both my X1X and PS4Pro about this time (or maybe a little more) last year.
