    Something about health pfas toxicity something something….

    I have no dough sticking problems with a stainless steel kenwood mixing bowl - can't see why it would be a problem with a bread maker. I've thrown out all non stick cooking products but each to their own.

        That's a bit random? I place the dough into a cast iron dutch oven. Would happily do the same with the stainless steel bowl but it's too high and I don't have a steam oven. It's ok if you're happy with non stick - go for it. It's not for me.

      You could try removing it with sand blasting. Then you might have to polish to a smooth finish also.

      There are lots of DIY sandblasting on youtube. Or find an machine workshop and get a quote.

  we have previous model bought at myer for $319 less than a year ago and so far extremely happy.
  recommend this machine specially with this price point.
