    Nice one. Thanks OP

  • This or G305? Whats so good about this?

    • Weight, size?

It's all personal preference. I've only had mine for 2-3 months and liking it so far.

    • Frankly they're very similar. Razer reckons the battery on theirs is better.

    • Very lightweight at 60g vs 99g for the G305 if you think you would like that.

    • If you can comfortably grip the Orochi then definitely that, Orochi has better clicks imo, can easily use AA and AAA batteries without the need for an adapter which the G305 needs to use AAA, it's also lighter.

    • I have both. The g305 shape is legendary. But it literally feels a generation behind after using the orochi. Especially weight wise. Get the orochi

I have the previous gen and it makes a great "on the go". Definitely too small to be a full-time mouse for me, but great to have in a backpack.

    • I have the original from 2009 (as in, as a reseller I got one of the first in the country) that looked like it was designed for Batman. The rubber surface got sticky (as faux rubber always does) so I cleaned it off with Orange Power (dissolves the glue) and it's been rocking along happily for the past four years since I did that. For a bluetooth mouse I use for about three hours a year I can't fault it ;-)

      • The version I have had none of the perishing soft-touch rubber (like older Razer mice). It has a textured hard shell with regular rubber grips on the side. Shows no signs of wear after about 2 years of being chucked in a backpack with other things 5 days a week.

Binglee is 10$ cheaper. I wouldn't wanna order anything under 100$ or too big that I can't pick up around this time of year. Takes forever.

    • Cheers - I'll add a link in the description.

    • I got a Power Board and deodorant delivered this morning (Tue) from Amazon that I had ordered late Sunday evening. YMMV though.

I returned my Orochi back to Amazon. Couldn't get used to its sensor placement. It's slightly to the front of the mouse. Would have been perfect if the sensor was in the middle.
