        It didn't work for me at first too. However, somehow I exited the app and re-entered the app and it works fine now!

        Side note, I have an inactive CBA account ($0 balance) that has been like that for 1 year plus now and the offer still works.

    A tip if you want joycons really cheap and dont care about the looks go for these:

    Do we just enter it on bigw website under 'add promo code'?

    I took a screenshot when I got the code from Commbank app so definitely have the right code.
