    My recent purchase using Shopback 30% cashback with Rebel didn't track, only the click did, so I had to report missing cashback. Keep an eye on tracking in your Shopback account afterwards.

      Do you remember how you ordered, delivery vs click & collect? Maybe that has an effect on the cashback

        C&C. Been using cashback for years. I made sure the browser was clean, I was logged in through the Shopback website and the Shopback browser extension was activated and green the whole time. Item wasn't in the cart before logging in. This was a failure of their process with Rebel. I'm not having a crack, just want people to be aware so they don't miss out.

      apparently it's a thing with SB that we need to report for every big cashback for them to acknowledge else they keep the money to themselves.

        you are right. a few months ago, I purchased iPhone 13 pro on ebay. it did not track the purchase. I did not go for the hassle of following up and they pocketed the money!

    Would anyone known if you can Pay with Gift Cards ?

    I could only find In Term and Cond that :
    - Cashback is calculated based on the Order
    Value, excluding any GST/Taxes, Delivery Fees,
    & any amount paid for with Gift Cards.

    Would that mean the amount paid for card would get cashback but the amount paid with gift card wouldn't get cashback ?

          And if you don't believe that, open the shopback app, go to rebel. The note at the top of the Info page states straight away
          "Cashback is calculated on order value excluding gst taxes delivery fees and any amount paid by gift card"

    gah, i thought the 35% on Shopback app was switch and bait as when I went into Rebel, it showed 17%. Ended up buying something, will have to be content with 1/2 cashback I suppose as they also have Black Friday sale and I didn't want my item to end up being out of stock (for C&C at nearest store)

    Don't known if it will make a difference though the link provided is from June (3.5%) I would suggest going to website to make sure you'll get (35%).

    I searched up rebel sports on the app and it send me to the site with a sign saying you're on your way to 35% cashback.
    I'm assuming I've done it correctly and it's going to track yeah?
    The Do's T & C is confusing when it said click on 'activate cash back' . I do not recall nor could I find this button.
    Is it just a confusing wording or do some people see that somehow?

    I need to confirm something with seasoned shopbackers. Has anyone exchanged a faulty product with the exact same product and had their cashback rejected or does this not affect the cashback?
