    Connector broke on a friends Hoselink hose, don't ask how, I don't know. But something to keep in mind when spending this much on a hose.

      My dog chewed at my 1 day old Hoselink connector. It has not broken yet, just have teeth marks. Believe me, anything my dog chews at breaks within minutes (including all Kong toys that fits in his mouth to give you a reference).

        Wow, although I know they're tough, I would never have imagined the fittings to be more durable than one of those Kong chew toys! Perhaps we should get into the business of dog chews…

      I'm sorry to hear that and would like to know more about this broken connector.

      Has your friend contacted us for a replacement? All fittings are covered by a 3 year warranty.

      Hoselink fittings are extremely hard wearing and durable, so we are always interested to know more if they break down. The high grade nylon used is extremely impact resistant and perfect for use in nearly any climate. They will easily survive being dropped on cement or being run over by a ute.

      That's a great idea for a video! We'll post the fittings under full water pressure being run over by a ute on our Youtube channel soon.

    Only 8yrs warranty?
    At this price range shouldn't it be 15 or 20yrs?

      You'll often see big warranties offered by other companies with the knowledge that you are unlikely to hold on to a receipt for more than a year or two. In addition, most receipts these days seem to fade so quickly that they are illegible within a year of printing. Knowing that you won't be able to make a warranty claim without a receipt means that these companies are prepared to make these grand offers.

      We stand behind our warranties by keeping a record of what our customers have purchased from us and when. If you have a problem with our products, we typically won't ask you to produce a receipt as we should have it on our end. That's one benefit of selling direct to our customers and an excellent example of the customer service we deliver as a result.

      We simply offer a solid warranty that we can stand behind without making our customers jump through hoops to claim. A much more civilized approach imho.

      These hoses should last you 8 years at the very least, which is more than I can say for most others on the market.

    I can vouch for their warranty as I have 2 of these hoses and the connectors
    would leak if you put any lateral pressure on the connectors.
    Hoselink contacted me before I could even claim on the warranty and replaced ALL my connectors for free and even couriered them to me gratis.

    The new connectors are even better than the old verions and the hoses are well worth the money IMHO. Good heavy duty but still pliable enough not to kink.

    And they are an Aussie company who make bloody good products and stand by them.
