What's the cheapest deal for this laptop today? There's so many different promos and cashback deals everywhere so I'm a tad confused. I assume that somehow a gift card deal is useful for this? And my understanding is to wait until 12 for the 7% uncapped cashrewards deal (which doesn't apply if a coupon is added, such as that 5% coupon OP has noted).

This is so far the best deal I've seen for this laptop.
I got the 2799 Bing Lee deal with $78.35 back from cashrewards yesterday, picked it up and using it already.
Coming from a 2020 Blade 15 base edition with Intel i7 10th gen and RTX 2070 bought at the exact same price a year ago, this Blade 14 is a way better bang of the bucks!
Screen has better colour, brightness, resolution and refresh rate, now with USB C charging it finally makes sense to be a potable machine (Blade 15 base edition doesn't have support USB C charging, what a joke), battery is much better, 4 hours Forza Horizon 5 2K gaming with almost max settings on battery vs 2 hours 1080p gaming in Hades on Blade 15, huge jump! Productivity wise, Ryzen 9 is also way better then i7 10th gen, I have noticeable better speed when I'm compiling large code projects, and loading Resharper in Visual Studio 2022. Also has Windows Hello face login too, the Blade 15 base edition this year is still missing all these basic features and sells at a higher price.
Now, the cons!
2K screen is really nice but 14" is SMALL! I had to set the DPI scale to 175% to be able to reasonably work on it. The Windows recommended 125% is such a joke. At 175%, you are left with not much screen real estate, I have to do a lot of scrolling when I'm checking websites or coding.
No ethernet port can be a bummer since you always have to use a dongle/dock when you need that stable network for online gaming or video conferencing.
True. Real estate and zoom will be an issue for some though thats the trade with this crazy portability :(
Only other laptops i was looking for are Legion 5 pro 3070 but all gone even the 3060 with 5800h is hard to find now
Or the Alienware r5 with 5800h and 3070 could be had for $2k ish but 165hz 1080p and not really portable like this
Coming from the old 16:9 1080p panel, this 2K panel at 175% DPI still has more screen real estate, goes to say how bad the blade 15 base edition is.
I think the cheapest that you can get this for is ~$2474.
First you'd buy $2750 in ebay gift cards ($1k + $1k + $400 + $300 + $50) all with 3% cashback each = $82.50 saving total
Next, you'd use the gift cards to purchase the laptop using 7% cashrewards cashback, which amounts to a saving of $192.
Therefore, you'd spend ~$2474 total.

I'm pretty tempted to wait for a better drop - Mwave and Razer @ eBay have it for similar prices as well. Microsoft eBay sales after support is pretty terrible as well and US time zone based. Note that you won't get a well formatted tax invoice from this eBay store even after asking.
I ordered off Microsoft eBay before and yes no proper tax though was easy to have it sent to my email on my prior purchase 😊
Their support told me to look at my eBay order summary on my last purchase 3 times and refused to send a new invoice haha. I ended up having to return that order (the Razer 15 adv 3080 deal last month) so I'm also wary of buying eBay gift cards - don't want to be left with 2.5k eBay credit if a return is ever needed.
It will be cheaper if any cashback stacks with the codes in the next few days - the current eBay codes are valid till cyber monday as well.

@agalea101: bought the laptop and bought the dbrand skin. quite good quality for the skin, but quite a rip off in term of the price. I paid about $75 for the special icon edition for the top, bottom and trackpad (special edition pack). Ended up pealed it off bcoz found a cheaper deal and returned it.
The best part is I paid around $75 and saw the receipt delivered with the package about 15USD. 😒
