So does that mean it is 40% of the RRP? They never have TN lines in the factory outlet. Too bad.

    • Serious question: What is with people and Nike TNs?
Edit: Oops, I ticked "I work for OzBargain" hahaha

      • They just look cool. and you can't get them at discounted prices… lol make you want them more!!!

        shoes that lads wear, yuck

        • I agree! The 90's and the BW's are where it's at!

  • It's 40% off whatever the price is in the warehouse, but you can't combine with other offers like 40% off the back wall (which consists off last pairs). You definitely get some good deals at these sales and I'll be popping by later.

  • According to the flyer, I think it should be from today 29/03/2012 and not 28/03/2012

All runners should be bought from this site:

    www.endless.com

(anyone that hasn't looked at that site I highly recommend it)

Dude, looks like the only Nike that this site sells are Golf shoes and they aren't even cheap!

Maybe not so great for Nike, I buy Asics and we get reemed hard for them in Australia.
With that site, you buy em, get free delivery and they get to your door literally 3-4 days later.

        • +7

So you Neg the deal? on the premise that Nikes are too expensive and everyone should buy Asics?

  • don't forget your kevlar

    • In the heart of auburn right now.

      EDIT: Survived another day

        Seriously…

  • awesome find.. just went there this morning and came back with a pair that dropped from 140 to 84!

just fyi, my size is US7 - 7.5 and choices were pretty slim. . mine was the last in the style i wanted…while i dont fit US8, from memory there were many of those either. . plenty of 10 - 13 range tho.

    • yes US8! Would you happened to have checked out the soccer boots?

      • crap sorry - i meant 'werent' …:/ my bad — hope u get this comment before u head in.

there were definitely more US8's than 7-7.5s, but i dont remember there being that much more.

nah, didnt check out soccer boots. . only runners section.

Keep in mind that even as of yesterday there were quite a fair few people there for the sale too.

  • anyone have the perth dates?

    cheers

  • wouldnt bother. have been to these sales a few times and they always have the crap shoes no one wants. dont think your going to get a nice pair of air max's or anything

    • Depends what you're looking for, range varies wildly each time I go, last time I went (a few months ago) they had an awesome range of basketball shoes (Jordans/CPs/Kobes) but absolutely no casual shoes.

      • I agree, from a basketball perspective I've picked up CP's, Kobe and LeBron shoes in previous sales. On the casual side I've picked up some decent Air Force 1's as well previously. Given I take a size 15/16 finding any shoes that are big enough is a bonus, let alone at a decent price.

        • wow you have got big feet…

  • Went there and they had a solid range of running/basketball/soccer sneakers, but pretty much nothing for casual sneakers. Didn't buy anything as I was looking for low-top basketball sneakers (they had a good range of hi-top ones but not much for low-top).

      low-top basketball sneakers

      They're high-top for a reason -> ankle guard.
No ankle guard on a basketball shoe = fail/not a basketball shoe/casual shoe

      • Hyperfuses, Hyperdunks and Kobes all come in low top. They're likely Nike's top 3 selling basketball sneakers.

Have a look at what the NBA players wear these days - increasingly players (esp guards) are wearing low top. Nash and Kobe swear by them; others like Jeremy Lin wear them regularly too.

Ankle stability in a basketball shoe is determined much more by heel stability as opposed to whether a pair of shoes is high top or not (which may help, or not).
