This challenge entitles you to $5 bonus cashback when you spend $30 or more in a single transaction (minimum spend does not include GST charged at checkout for international items, delivery and all other fees) at eBay Australia through ShopBack between 27th November 2021 12.00am AEDT and 29th November 2021 11.59pm AEDT.

    Has anyone else’s $5 bonus tracked from the 25th which was for spend $5 and get $5 back in bonus and the same deal on the 26th? The CB for the purchases made have been tracked but the bonus still isn’t appearing.

    So sad. This deal now says "OUT OF STOCK" and I can't find this deal in my Shopback app (not under "Earn More"). The deal was posted only a few hours ago… how can it be "out of stock"? Shopback must have really limited the number of redemptions…

      There were only 3000 slots.

      A lot of people couldn't find their previous challenge after we assumed the slots were filled. I commented:

      I also think the app should still show the offer but state all the slots are filled… this is poor UX/UI and customer-centric design on ShopBack's part.

        Yes, I agree that it's poor UX/UI. Under the description of the offer, AND the T & Cs, I couldn't see any mention of "3,000 slots" or any wording like "Limited number Only". With usual Shopback and Cashrewards offers, there is usually some indication that it's limited either by time/date or by number of takers. To not include that wording means that some people are wasting time searching high and low for a non-existent link…

        Yep no mention of limited slots AND the stated end date of 29th Nov suggested it was an open promo.

        Overall Shopback's UX is poor. Reminds me of Aliexpress etc… too much going on…unclear IA…in-your-face graphic design.
