        Hm… I did. But when I bought a Super Swap earlier today in one of the other posts, it gave a cashback, the bonus showed up about 6 minutes later, and that deal in the app changed from "Congrats you're in" to something else (I forget now). Then just minutes ago I did the very same thing, for the same amount ($25 Super Swap), but no notification came later and the app still shows "Congrats you're in"… like I reserved me place but hadn't bought anything yet when I did. So I just clicked it again and bought a second $15 ebay one as well. And the app still shows "Congrats you're in" like I haven't used my "reserved slot". [Sigh] Look like I'm going to have to hassle GYB tomorrow.

          Ok the second $5 bonus FINALLY showed up. The first one earlier in the day only took 6 minutes. This second one took over an hour. That, plus the fact the app seemed to be saying I hadn't made a purchase yet, made me think it hadn't worked.

      The other similar deal said no: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/666872 - but you had to specifically purchase that one using a Mastercard. So it sounds like you can… but gotyourback has gone offline and can't confirm.

        I have a Citi plus debit MasterCard, but it wouldn't work. Read the t&c's and it says a prepaid MasterCard is ineligible. Took a screenshot. @gotyourback

        Hasn’t tracked yet. I had another challenge for $7 ($1500+ spend on HN GCs). I purchased this morning and the challenge has not tracked it as well. The normal cash back is tracked though. Who can help with that? The normal shopback support has been disappointing to me always - takes few days and always reject with standard answer.

        How can we tag OP in this?

          Go to home screen of the app. At the bottom is 'earn more' tap on that and scroll to the right challenges and click start. you can do more than one at the same time if lucky, e.g. this one and mastercard challenge.

    This is quite sad for an offer to expire early, I understand if there was a limit?

            Or the offer should be on the app and if you click the offer it should state all slots have been taken. At least we know visually and in writing that we're too late for the offer.

            Maybe this should be a feature ShopBack needs to implement.

        Yeah, bought something that was $12. It was for 3 x iphone cables. What may have happened was that the listing had a bulk discount, if i bought 3, it would discount it by $1 or 2. Would that have voided the cashback?

    Anyone’s $5 still not tracked? Standard Cb is showing but not bonus. Also I can’t seem to find evidence of this challenge in my history. It was there this morning saying ‘finalising’ but that seems gone?

      Same. I can see it under pending challenges in the app which is saying ended, finalising results. It would normally say completed pretty quickly (usually immediate) after the standard cb tracks. So something's not quite right. Hope it's just a backlog and it'll sort itself out.

      Mine was like that for over an hour. It showed "Shopback Voucher" of about 50 cents here: https://www.shopback.com.au/cashback (on a PC), but the $5 "Challenge - Bonus" appeared later. If you're sure you clicked to get your slot (while there were still a number of slots showing as still remaining in the app), and then it showed the "Shop Now" button, and you bought something and completed the payment before the time ran out (11:59PM), then it should show up eventually. If not you know what to do (whine like an Excrement Rebellion protestor at a Hummer raffle). ;-p
