Is Klarna going the way of the good guys' useless offers…

Not trying to have a go at OP but getting credit for a second transaction is not a saving.

Would have been better if klarna just applied $30 to the current order. I don't use Kogan for anything other than cheap xiaomi power banks.

    • I think it comes down to warranty issue with Kogan which is notoriously bad, however my experience has been pretty decent in the last 3 years.
Kogan 18W Power bank for some reason just drain my Pixel 2 battery instead of charging it. They issued replacement without return.
Dreame V10 soft roller got busted after 7 months, returned to Kogan (the whole machine) and got a brand new one.
Samsung Watch Active 2 grey import from Electronic Superstore via Kogan developed white line on display after 6 months, returned to Kogan and got refund. They tried to offer me store credit with 12 months expiry, which I said no way and the next day they refunded it via original payment (Klarna).
The latest one is when I purchased their Kogan Mobile 12 months prepaid first month $4.95 instead of the Prepaid Starter Pack $4.95 by mistake, activated and only then realised I would need to pay exit fee which is 3 x monthly fee $25. I contacted Kogan Mobile literally the next day, they refunded the SIM pack, cancelled the plan without charging exit fee.

      • keep on resending the same email to same person who kept saying problem was at my end and to check spam and configure filters which i did and finally they admit issue at their end and told me to just pay for it and they would refund me later. problem is i have 14 days free First so i have to wait to see if they deliver on their word.

    • I got the email about 2 weeks ago. Activated my free annual membership, but nothing to use for atm.
