Find Those Reindeer
Christmas is coming fast and Santa’s reindeer are nowhere to be found! We’ve heard that they’ve been spotted stocking up on accessories for their tech. If you spot one make sure to snag a screenshot or record the code word written on it. Be on the lookout for 6 reindeer in total, each was carefully marked with a code word before it was lost.

Win $1000 or an iPhone 13 Pro!
Look for reindeer around esrgear.com and our Instagram @esrgear_official. When you find one, record it’s code word. Once you’ve found 5, submit them below.
Winners will be randomly selected out of everyone who found 5 reindeer and will be announced by December 25.

  "WANTED" ain't one of the codewords they said they will release the codewords over the next three weeks. that post is just the post letting everyone know the next 3 codes WILL be coming.
  
  Edit: Also all the other codes have the same tag like look. "WANTED" is just a 'Wanted Poster'.

I’m not convinced that the word ‘wanted’ is one of the code words. All the other words are presented differently (like a badge). What do others think?

  I can not find/see any of the Instagram code words; and I watched the video with the bear a couple of times. I am with you; 'Wanted' might not be an actual code word.

I just noticed they are in Hong Kong. It is currently 8:05 am Hong Kong Time. They only open their shop at 9:00 am. So we should be good to enter in about an hour.
