    I did the tasting pack not long ago… The intensity of bitterness and grass flavour increases as you go from 1 to 3. If you're having this raw (eg dip with bread) then this light 1/3 was the best balance personally. If you're cooking, then I did not find any difference between the three.

    It's nice. Particularly if you like a milder flavoured oil. Better for cooking as doesn't add a real flavour.

    I regularly have this with ciabatta as well as the classic. I prefer the classic but people who don't have bread in oil a lot generally prefer this one.

    Note that all of them are extra virgin. Apparently different olives to give a milder flavour.
