Man these good guy store credits are only good for like 3-7 days, kinda annoying

  • is it valid on gift cards? Spend $500+

Concierge is such BS. I never got any credits since my purchase in February, their FAQs said don't worry you'll get it so I left it. Asked about it 2 months ago and they said I needed to be subscribed to marketing, even though my details and the concierge button was green. Ytf would I need to get advertising when I paid for this service. Doesn't even state it on their T&c's, what a rort.

    • yep, should have longer life span so that you can catch either their specials or do a price match and use the credit …..

    • Do you use third party Good Guys Commercial to purchase the Concierge? I had the same issue they gave my $60 credit at one go after the first year.

      • No, bought straight from their website with my dryer. Just the normal good guys. Everytime they respond in email (which takes 2 weeks) they just say i need to update my marketing preferences and contacts, which I did when they first told me but the latest email still said it wasn't updated . They better give me a refund or the 2 credits I "missed"

        • what I got told from them was if I haven't received any credit after 1 year I will get $60 credit in one go when I received it after the first year

          • @RichardF89: They didn't respond to my repeated questions about if I was going to get the credits, but when I read the t&c's it basically says if you miss out if you are not subscribed, that's it. Did you call them or email as after I respond to them, I don't hear anything back so not sure if they just close the case after 1 reply.

            • @MeesusEff: I called them. I am pretty happy with my Concierge I got a new replacement after faulty, $60 store credit, more than $300 saving on gift cards and more than $400 gift card saving if I would receive the gift card next year. Which the Concierge only cost about $70.

              • @RichardF89: How'd you save on gift cards with concierge?

                • @47: now they have 11% off coles myer card but the company is tricky. check the ozbargain comments before you buy

    • Contact them via email .. I had the same problem ..they took about a month but they resolved it.. and I got credit back to use

      • I have, took 2 weeks to respond (which they didn't answer whether I was going to get my credits back) and when I replied, nothing. Started another email from their contact page, literally same response after 2 weeks.
