        Yup, given there refund policy only allows refund within 24 hours for change of mind. It's looking like a scam unless the outdoor unit is confirmed to be included.

                I believe there is something like an authorised dealer/distributor, who looks after you when things go wrong. I can't find John Cootes as a Samsung authorised dealer/distributor/reseller unless you can search and find it on Google for me (believe you are better skilled in Google search)

            @tonyjzx: Actually, what's listed here is AR09AXHQAWKNSA. If you looked at your brochure its the INDOOR UNIT ONLY. It even says it pairs with outdoor unit AR09AXHQAWKXSA. Two DIFFERENT codes.

      Look at the dick smith link you provided, it has John Cootes in it. Dick Smith stating it's sold as a marketplace item. John Cootes scammers selling it at a higher price on Dick Smith/Kogan marketplace and claiming to offer a deal at lower price on their website. OMFG, definitely a scam!! MODS should remove this garbage or update title to say "Indoor Unit Only" before it hits people hard during festive season.
