Usually How Long Will ShopBack Cashback Be Pending?

Hi guys, I am a new user to shopback, and tried to paticipated in a number of good deals in it.
I am not asking about the regular cashbacks which have a date to get confirmed, but for the promotional ones like the mastercard 100% cashback something, they kept pending for over 72hrs, are these normal? And usually how long will it take to go to the confirmed stage?

      Hey sorry for the delay, I needed the mods to tag ShopBack in the post for me to comment.

      With our Gift Card promos, it can take a week or two max for the Cashback to go from 'Pending' to 'Approved'.
      Anything longer than 2 weeks is abnormal and I would ask you to DM me in that case :)
