Free with all online orders atm is the Betadine 15mL antiseptic. I phoned to ask if I needed to check that into my cart as well to ensure I received it, as it was still coming up as $7.99 at checkout, and I was told that it would be added automatically to the order, no need to add it to the cart.
I have mentioned that in the comments section of the order, so it might be a good idea to add that for anyone still to place an order, just to ensure it is received.

I received my order. With no Betadine (of course). I phoned them and despite the fact that the lady on the phone was vague, ditzy and had no idea what I was on about, nevertheless she said she would send it out, and I have received shipping advice.
I will be amused to see what I receive however, as I could not remember the size, and she was arguing with me about tubes and pastes and liquids. "Is it a paste or an ointment then?" she asked….errrr :D
She also wanted to know where I had seen the information on it; it's a big fat advert on your opening page the day I placed my order. Crikey, you'd think they would know about it if it was supposed to be added to every online order during that period as per the enormous banner, but hey. They are sorting it out. Good for them :)

Placed order on Tuesday afternoon 03/04, just called up to chase up delivery status, order is stuck somewhere in their dispatch, I will check again next Tuesday and hopefully have it delivered by end of next week.
These guys are crap, never again.
I ordered last week, contacted their office and they told me they got the item in stock but not sure why my order is not being dispatched. Today i receive an email by them saying how they got no stock and when they do get the stock, they might not be able to send me my whole order.
Their customer service also sucks, what a big waste of time.
