Edit: Got off the Phone with 7-Eleven Head Office, told me that there was an issue with the correct price not scanning properly and the price is scanning at Full Price, and they are getting the IT to try fix it. I asked how long it's going to take the ItT to fix it, said probably by this afternoon? I'm not sure to mark this expired, I guess will wait and see.

I rang Krispy Kreme Head Office, I told them the issue, has no clue what's happening.

I received a message from Krispy Kreme Facebook this what they had to say -

"Thanks for reaching out, unfortunately you would need to contact 7-Eleven as it is regarding their App".

    7-eleven donuts are generally not fresh. Better to get it directly from Krispy Kreme.

        Yes but they are generally made within the day before (so they are made the day before they get delivered), unlike in store where they are generally made that day.

    For the few times I've been desperate enough to buy from 7-Eleven for their KK donuts.. Yeah…. Nah. Go direct. Never fresh. Decent price though if you're nowhere near a KK store I spose

        I saw the deal this morning on the app, 7-Eleven took it down? I contacted 7-Eleven, they said pricing error, price scanning at the wrong price, they getting IT to fix it.

    Never had a problem with freshness at 7-Eleven. Original glaze KK is still better than a lot of donut stores like Brooklyn.

    Not coming up in the app though.

        Delicious, big donuts. Expensive though at $5-$6 each.

        It’s everywhere in Brisbane. So I don’t know if it’s elsewhere. Brooklyn Co or something like that. Some of the doughnuts are ok but mostly they taste like standard bread with toppings.

    Before I left home it was in my app.

    When I arrived at 7 eleven it was gone!

      It was definitely there. I drove straight to 7 eleven after confirming it was in my app.
      By the time I went to pay it was gone

    went to 7 eleven at 5:20am WA time (8:20am sydney time), it was still on app then.
    Guy at counter had a difficult time putting the deal through till, but got it through in the end, which is why I think it got pulled from the app.

    Just message Seven Eleven corporate in the USA - particularly if they had stock in the store but the app offer had vaporised.

    They should respond with at least a semi-trailer load of air freighted Krispy Kremes just in time for Christmas.

      I just bought it 12 for 12 I took a box at the counter and asked him to look for an offer and he said yeap I will do it for $12 for 12
