Buying from Singapore Store That Does Not Ship to Australia

Hi all,

I'm trying to buy something from Hermes in Singapore. What I'm looking for is only available in their stores, not Australia.

They don't send to Australia, so I was wondering what options I might have to get this shipped to Australia?

Has anyone used a freight forwarding company before they could recommend?

Has a Singapore address you can get your item delivered to but not sure if I'd want to use it for Hermes stuff

This mob is owned by Aramex - the same ones that own Aramex (a.k.a. Fastway Couriers) in Australia. given the appalling reputation of Fastway here there is no way I would trust/use the company for anything, anywhere.

  • VPost (Singapore Post Limited) does Singapore

  • Hey mate I used Forwardbuy (https://forwardbuy.com/) to purchase things from Singapore very quick and efficient, although they are a bit pricey. I used the service where you pay them to purchase the item, received the item within 2 weeks from ordering.

Borders are now open. Use it as an excuse to jump on the plane and get away from here for a short break!
(The price of the plane ticket is probably a drop in the ocean compared to the price of whatever you're buying anyway! 😋)

    • Haha great option!

It's a wallet gift, under $1000 so hard to justify the plane ticket!

I'm pretty nervous using one of these services to be honest, might actually end us doing this early In the new year. Love the food in Singapore, always wanted to go!
