    They're fine to sleep on for a night or two but they're pretty loud

      Loud? Care to elaborate? I might not have the model sold here, but I have a couple of cheap ones and neither talks or makes sounds at all when… I'm on it.

          @witsa: Interesting. I've never experienced that. Mine were cheap, but they don't feel plasticky and they're made from a rather non-rustling/non-crackling material when you crumple them. And both are from different sellers, bought at different times.

  I got a near-identical one branded AstiVita for $15 on amazon black Friday. Before that I had ordered a $40 sleeping mat and planned to send that one back since this was so cheap. When it arrived I could see the quality is slightly not as good , but decided to keep both anyway since it would cost me shipping to return.
