KitchenAid Pro Line KSM7581 Stand Mixer Candy Apple for the cheapest in years.
This is the larger pro line series with 500W motor and 6.9L bowl. RRP $1299. Appears to be not many stock in Australia for a while. This is a great deal at this price.

    Counterpoint: the huge bowl makes it hard to produce ‘normal’ volumes. I recently bought this exact model for my wife, and she won’t use it, and has demanded I now buy the 160 instead.

      Fair point! Do they sell smaller bowls that fit?

      The 160 is fine for cakes but does struggle a bit with dough

        I've had mine for a number of years, and dough is the main thing I use it for really. Keep it under 1.1kg in total including all ingredients (less if it's particularly thick) and it'll be fine.
