        I bought one myself and think it's a good offer for a 5 watt handset. Just putting the offer out there :-)

  • I wonder what's in the extra 7kg:
    * Package Weight: 7.8 kg
    * Item Weight ā€Ž880 g

    And what supplies the 12V?
    * Batteries ā€Ž4 AAA batteries required. (included)
    * Voltage ā€Ž12 Volts

    Just wait for a 5 watt deal to come along. 2 watts you might as well climb up a mountain to get line of sight with whoever you're talking to.

    What's a good 5w one to go for?

  • Antenna position is way more important than wattage. Rony Dahl showing this in one of his videos.

    I have a handheld with an external antenna and extention mic and it works great. Antenna screen on to the normal antenna connector and is magnetic but I place some duct tape between it and the magnet.

    • Ok

  • is it good?
