  Ordered on 31/12/21 through this company. Item advertised here is $14.36 but check out was $15.16. Never mind, with few cents higher than the advertised message so I proceed to pay. Should've smelled something off by then.

  I have not received this item up until today. I will not be buying from ozimates again.

  informed delivery between 4-16 Jan 2022. Item hasn't arrived - today is 25th Jan.
  Had to raise disputes, 1x via AustPOST on 19th Jan, no respond. Then via ebay on 22nd Jan, seller replied was told to 'follow austpost' no idea what it meant.
  24th Jan - I asked for refund. this takes too long.
  25th Jan seller informed item lost at drop off point and they had found it. It's a coincidence this is shared with me after I requested for refund.

  I will not be buying from ozimates again.

    Update:
    I take back what I said before (about won’t buy from this seller). They are very patience with me all this time.

    Seller responded to my request and refunded the money after I was informed my order got lost at AustPost. I didn’t believe what they said so I requested for refund.
    In mean time they were still sorting this out with AustPost and gotten the item delivered to me even though they refunded the money.

    Now I am feeling bad because I just received the item today. I asked the seller to charge me but was told to keep it.

    Thank you so much ozimates for being so patience, generous and professional. Would definitely be buying from you guys again.
