    That Z690 ITX is a really good price, sadly it wont fit my RTX 3090 with a active backplate or id of grabbed it.

      B550M is a better chipset than the A520M in that it is better suited to the faster Ryzen CPUs, whereas the A520 will still work for all supported Ryzen CPUs but with no possibility of any overclocking.       Sadly, no. Global chip shortages, including processors, have kept prices on even older processors ludicrously high.

      Intel says this won't resolve until 2023 for the market as a whole.

        3000 series CPU. But the B550 boards support up to the 5000 series.

        Upgrading the bios firmware is always the first thing you should do with a new board.

    I thought the 2 processors announced on Thursday will be 1xAM4 refresh coming out in weeks and 1xAM5 not out until larer in the year.

          We had AM4 since 2015 so we got a damn good run, I just hope this whole new design doesn't bring total price disasters in the rush to get one like the 30 GPUs

            @dbmitch: I'm guessing pricing will be at a premium on launch for both CPU's and Mobos, as they often are. If they force users to run DDR5 ram, that will really be painful!
