Tshirtmall.com.au do a good job.
Even has a $20 delivered black/white shirt you design yourself.

I have my own.Sticker Mule have started doing Tshirts now.
I can't vouch for the quality, but their stickers are brilliant, and their service is great so if I needed tshirts they'd get the benefit of the doubt from me.
I bought one from them when they had a special on and I'm really happy with it

Vistaprint does a good job on black shirts. The white shirts are OK, but a little thin.
They regularly have 40% coupons.
