  • Can it be used with ps 5 to store and play games

    • +1

Store, yes. PS5 games will need to be transferred back to an internal drive to be played though. My understanding is PS4 games can be played from an external drive on the PS5 but I've never tried as such.

      • Yeah PS4 games can be played from an external drive, but PS5 games cannot. They can only store PS5 games

  • Got mine for $150 to run Windows on company Mac for gaming.

Can someone explain to me how this finger touch works ? where does it store the fingerprint (assume on the SSD, would prefer on RAM)? Can hacker steal that data ?

    • +1

It likely has another chip for the security side. It wouldn't store that on the SSD.
Anything can be stolen of course but it's designed to be totally encrypted. It is safe.

Thanks, just got the 2TB one after reading reviews

    • Are reviews for 2TB better than others'?

  • Damn, after one more of these for my Peacekeeper task, but they have to be 'found in raid'.

  • Thanks op. Got 1TB
