Looks like Coles is having a big sale on their health isle with supplements, alot of items are 50% off. This is the best value one I picked up. Good luck!

Sounds good but does it work? 🤔

It's a powdered multivitamin with powdered superfoods added. It's a good formula, whether a multivitamin works in general depends on dietary deficiencies. I would suggest it for someone elderly who doesn't eat well

I've been taking vital greens for years. I couldn't tell you any more about it than the first moment I tried it. I'm healthy, that's all I know. You can't really measure "working" when it comes to vitamins because you'll only find out if you're super deficient. I'd say it has quite a few things that are complete and utter snake oil in and that if you were more discerning, your money could probably be spent better.

Price wise, that $30 for 300 almost brings it down to the price you get for paying 1kg, (around 115$ shipped on ebay), so we're not talking about much of a bargain unless you're wanting to "try" it.

  • Wesfarmers has announced it will acquire Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited.
    You do the maths.

    • why woolie retract their bid ?

    • Wesfarmers no longer owns Coles.

      • Sure but WFI know Coles and Wesfarmers is a 50 per cent owner of the Flybuys loyalty program operated by the Coles supermarket chain. Be interesting to see how they make this work.
Expect to see Flybuys being accepted at Priceline and all sorts of things.

Woolies had at this price a couple weeks prior to xmas, it runs out in store very quickly so get in quick if you want it. 1 tub lasts approximately 1 month so buy up big guys

  • Keep hearing about "Athletic Greens" on various podcasts I listen to. This the same thing?

    • No - I'd never heard of athletic greens but googling it it's wayyy more expensive than vital greens per serve. Vital greens you have 10g so you get 100 serves for your $115ish for the 1kg.

It's very popular with the American's and has greeter brand reach. It is a great product, and so is this one posted. The difference is, the posted product is a better bang for buck (IMOH) due to pricing.

      • any generics or is the posted one it chief
