Hmm, after adding $7.95 shipping and taking $10 cashback into account, the book I'm after is still cheaper from Book Depository.
The only thing is with BD is they usually ship from UK, which usually takes a week longer and these days can take 2-3 weeks longer due to shipping delays. At least this is what I experienced last month.

True, but it also depends on whether booktopia has the item in stock currently. Otherwise the wait time is about the same since they have to get stock anyway.

If you’re interested, this book takes a much more psychoanalytical approach to the nature of addiction. It’s somewhat contradictory to a lot that is currently known about addiction and pins it more to an escape from a mental reality we dislike rather than a physical dependence.
