[NSW] 100% Cashback on Coffee ($5 Cap) @ ShopBack (in Store, App Required)

How to see eligible stores:
Open shopback app
Scroll down and tap on the 'In-store' banner or ‘see all’ next to 100% Cashback on Coffee.
Click on the 100% Cashback on Coffee (one week only) banner

Cashback Instructions:
1. Link your credit card (if you haven’t already)
2. Tap the Boost button on the app and use your card to buy a coffee in-store at a participating venue (up to $5)
3. We’ll credit your account with Bonus Cashback (capped at $5) = FREE coffee!

  Oh goodness, I've done 4 of these already but the last one is still under contention -_- it's been almost 3 weeks now. The customer service person is not being helpful because my receipt doesnt say exactly what he wants it to say even though I have successfully raised a missing cashback for the EXACT same shop prior. And i would think after the first time, I know how to follow the same steps??? Regardless, I thought the whole idea was the merchant had some software to help track the transaction on their end as well? For a beta, we are not getting much support

  Think this promo might be targeted. From the homepage, when I tap on one of the places that supposedly has 100% cashback, e.g. Oliver Brown Haymarket, its boost is only for 15% bonus cashback instead of the expected 100%.

  Also, from the homepage, when I tap on "See All" next to 100% Cashback on Coffee, there is no 100% Cashback on Coffee banner.

    Oh that's weird. I only just noticed that on Home it says Gloria Jeans Haymarket, but when I tap on it it shows Oliver Brown Haymarket. Something's broken there.

    So I tried another one that is advertised on the Home page under 100% Cashback on Coffee - Three Beans Coffee. When I tap on it to go to the store itself, this one doesn't have a green box for boost bonus at all.

    Also I got family member to check it's the same as what I see. So that's two accounts that didn't get the 100% cashback on coffee despite it being advertised on the app's Home page.

    @gotyourback Can you please clarify if this promo is targeted or not? If not, there seems to be some issues with it.
