Got one of this running in my honda accord euro 2005.

    Positives:

    • Connecting bluetooth is easy and can work with 2 devices
    • Charging is very good if your phone support 9v

Not sure if it's specific to my car's setup but I have had issues such as:

    • If I have my dash cam on, it seems to interfere with the radio signal, hence the audio quality dropped significantly. It is even worse when the wiper blade operates, the interference increase seems to have the same rhythm with the wiper blade. So I decided I don't need the dash cam anymore.
    • Microphone quality is not so usable when I phone my wife. She told me she couldn't hear most of what I said and I had to shout to the device.
    • Do you have any issue fitting this into the cigarette lighter. I was thinking that the bulky head of this will prevent it to be fitted into my Honda Accord Euro 2006 (may be cigarette lighter is identical to yours). Thanks

No issues, although you'd have to rotate it 90 degrees.

  • Does this work on a certain frequency on the radio? Can you still listen to normal radio stations when in operation?

    • Don't have this unit but you can set the broadcast frequency for this type of devices (to avoid interference with fm stations). It just creates another "radio station" of your own (connected with your phone via Bluetooth)

    • I have this exact unit. I set mine to 90.8FM and doesn't interfere with my stations. Pretty clear here in Sydney.

If your stereo has a 3.5mm input (small hole for audio input), the 3.5mm jack aux bluetooth receiver works very well. I got the newer model from amazon, a bit more expensive. For hands free calls in the car everyone tells me they can hear me crystal clear. Also the music sounds very clear - much better than the FM receivers which have rather bad sound quality (they are limited by radio sound quality).

    • Can you share the product name or Amazon link?

"UGREEN Bluetooth 5.0 Aux Adapter, Bluetooth Car Receiver USB 2.0 to 3.5mm Jack Handsfree Car kit Audio Receiver with Built-in Microphone for Car Speaker and Home Audio"

        • I had a type like this (not UGREEN brand) that stopped charging after a year. I'm guessing the battery died after being the in the Australian heat for that long. Also, having to charge via another USB cable made the unit physically unstable. It was just another point of failure for what is essentially a permanent fixture. I'm going to try the model in this deal as it can be plugged directly into the USB port and my aux in happens to be right next to it.

          • @star-ggg: This doesn't charge, it's permanently connected to USB. Cigarette plug adapter in my case

hi tomsco, you can use the 15%off new year code ( NEWYEARSALE2022 ). After code, the price of the Wireless Car Holder should be A$21.12.

      • Cheer :)

        • hi, we saw two orders with same item and address from you. If you want both, or purchased extra one by mistake?

          • @Anwenx: Hi there, wanted both thank you. One for my car and one for my wifes. Couldn't see how to add two items to the same order.

@tomsco: Ok, I see, thank you for your puchase.
