    Sounds like a genuine problem there mate, I've never waited longer than 6 weeks for a Zaavi order. Assume you've contacted them… any feedback?

    I also have been waiting from another order made late November. Tracking page says it arrived in the country and handed over to partner courier but it hasn't turned up yet. The other 2 orders I made arrived within 3 weeks though. So this is the longest wait so far.

  I literally rcvd an order yesterday and YES the LEGO box inside was badly damaged.
  The box it came in was not damaged at all but it seems something was placed on the LEGO box. Dented and creases all over it. Maybe it was repackaged as the cardboard box looked clean and not something that had travelled form UK.
