  • Reviews for that merchant don't look promising. One review specifically states they ordered this item and the seller tried to scam by sending another random product :/

    Received a concealer instead of the perfume, just like in the reviews.

    Those which didn't get it dodged a bullet.

    Now to deal with refunds..

            @Chocobros: Yeah, tried the return option but I get the following message:
            "This item isn't eligible for return
            For safety reasons, items containing flammable liquids or gases canโ€™t be returned to Amazon. For more information or help, please contact us."

            I sent them a message instead, couldn't find any other option.

            What's annoying is they've done this before with the same concealer as per one of the reviews. They even acknowledged it..

                I told them I want a full refund and I'd be happy to send their stupid concealer back.
                They said they would be sending a label out on Monday and nothing about when I can expect the refund to be processed.
                Super slow in responding to my messages too.

                Think I'm going to call Amazon and lodge a complaint & refund request if they don't process it very soon.

                They also blamed Amazon for incorrectly listing the item, even though they were aware of this based off a previous review and them acknowledging it. I'll be letting Amazon know about this too.

                Ridiculous business.

                  @illz: I have contacted amazon and reported the seller because they are clearly full of crap. Waiting to see what they say.

                    @Chocobros: Absolute mission..

                    Had to jump on Amazon support chat a bunch of times to get it sorted.
                    They made it very difficult and didn't really care, they kept telling me to wait for the seller.

                    What worked in the end was one question:
                    The seller said they'd send the label on Monday (this was last Friday)
                    Contacted support again on the same day (Friday) and they told me to wait, the question which changed it all was "What if they don't send it on Monday" (They can see all chat conversations between you and the seller)
                    They replied with, get back in contact with us then.
                    Waited till Tuesday, support still not helpful, was pissed at this point. They told me to wait and I said "no, you said to contact you again if they didn't send it on Monday"", they checked the logs and couldn't dance around it.
                    They lodged a A-Z Refund Claim, have never heard of this type of claim before.
                    Basically they review the case and make judgement.

                    After they submit the case you can add additional comments/evidence. I made sure to tell the full story again, just to make sure.
                    They approved the claim the next day and got refunded pretty quickly after that.

                    Gave the worst review to the seller then messaged them that their business sucks.
