TIMTAMCOFFEEPARTYON

Hey Oz Bargain Community,

Once again the Lime Bluer's have spoken and we've listened, you wanted a repeat deal and here it is. Due to the fantastic feedback received we've decide to continue the following two initiatives we first trialed with our previous deal:

1) Our Tim Tam™ initiative (the purpose is explained on our site) AKA we'll send you a free Tim Tam™ with your order :)

2) An independent delivery system for certain orders. This system means your fresh coffee is guaranteed to be delivered safely (delivery with extra care) within a week (usually 24-48 business hours) of you receiving your delivery tracking link. At this point in time you cannot request this service, as it's still in testing mode. At present getting this service just comes down to luck mixed with a number of factors such as your location, when you order, how many other people order from your general area… Please note if your order is designated to this service the tracking link will say "untrackable." However, once you get this link your delivery will happen within a week (more likely 24-48 hours as mentioned), there'll likely be a tracking message next to "order ref" and you'll receive a tracking update once delivery has been completed.

Here's the deal highlights:

We're offering you a 40% discount only $25.19 per kg (usually $41.98 per kg) off our current incredible featured rotating Single Origin Coffee from São Paulo Brazil, plus you'll get a free Tim Tam™ :)

Here's a recap of my thoughts on our recently launched featured rotating Single Origin coffee from São Paulo Brazil, I believe it's the best suited Single Origin for milk based coffee (hot and iced) we've ever featured. It's like a perfect tango the milk and coffee are independent but when they come together as a team they put on quite a show! That said it's still delicious as a black coffee

Some helpful info:

  • You're welcome to place multiple orders to make the most of this deal
  • Complimentary gift notes can be written in the "special instructions for seller" box on the cart page."
  • Delayed dispatch requests are welcome. In 2022 delayed dispatch orders will be dispatched on Friday's (there may be the odd exception e.g. public holiday may mean a Thursday), simply let us know when your ideal Friday dispatch date is by leaving us a note in the "special instructions for seller" box on the cart page. Don't worry delayed dispatch request orders will still receive a Tim Tam™ :)
  • If you select paypal express checkout on the product page you'll likely skip the order notes section, which is on the cart page (as mentioned above)
  • The discount price will show up after the "cart" stage of the ordering process AKA once you start entering in your delivery details
  • The largest bag size we use is 1kg and it has a zip (it's resealable), for example if you order 4kg with 1kg packaging you will receive 4*1kg bags, you will not receive a single huge 4kg bag. 500g bag packing is available for an extra $3.60 per kg including the discount (normally $6 extra per kg) to cover the extra bag/s, label/s and time it takes to pack
  • Flat Rate Shipping $6.99 No Delivery Company Preference $7.99 Shipit-Courier's Please $8.99 Australia Post $12.99 Express Post

  • So..if I buy 4kg, is that 4 Tim Tams?

  • Hi OP,

If say I ordered 2kg, can I get 1kg now and 1 on delayed order? If so how should I comment that?

Love these beans btw… They were fantastic.

For those with Breville Oracle, I found grind 16 was perfect for my last batch.

    • Morning :)

Thank you so much for your recent order with us and sharing that wonderful feedback, woohoo, it really does mean so much!

Great question, there's 1 dispatch per flat rate shipping fee. The easiest way for you to place the orders you are after is to place two separate orders and leave an order note with one detailing your ideal Friday dispatch date :)

      • Makes sense. Cheers.

        • :)

  • Hi, is 4 weeks from now (or even later) safe to get this specific SO?

    • +1

      Morning @kicha

I believe you'll be in safe waters with that time frame, we'll be able to get more of this SO in the next month or so if we sell out of our current supply :)

  • +1

excellent coffee and very good customer service, my last order had a hole in one of the bags. i advised lime blue and they sent another bag that day. would ride with again 5*

  • Hi OP,
Is paypal not recommended for delayed order (4 weeks from now)? And how to find out the roast date on delayed order?
    Thanks

    • Nice questions!

      1) We have a great relationship with PayPal and highly recommend them for any type of order, be it ASAP rolling dispatch, delayed dispatch or Lime Blue Coffee Frequent Buyer Club orders
      2) All the pertinent info about roast dates and shipping is regularly updated on our site banner. We always strive to dispatch our fresh coffee within 48 business hours of roasting. So if your order is dispatched in 4 weeks then your coffee will be freshly roasting in roughly 4 weeks time

Shout out if you have any more questions :)

  • Any for filter coffee?

    • Nice question :)

This SO makes a delicious filter!

Are you just after something that makes a great filter coffee or are you looking for a bit more of a specific flavour profile leaning either towards the more chocolate or fruity end?

      • I’m up for trying anything really
Tend to get the quite fruity ones with a filter roast, and I’m running low
Could consider giving this a shot if it makes a delicious filter!

        • +1

Fantastic to hear, looks like it's time for a shot then :)

Always good to try something new, especially with Filter. Usually our Singles are most fruity in our range, however at present our most fruity option is our South Central Blend.

  • This one is a long shot (pun noted) - I have already ordered for immediate dispatch (order no 10591 ) and received a tracking number, however would love to delay it by 4 weeks if the coffee hasn't actually been dispatched yet. Would this be possible LimeBlueCoffee?

    • Morning :)

Whether a pun is good or bad, it's still good haha

Thank you so much for placing your first order with us, it's truly appreciated!

I'd love to make this happen for you, however your fresh coffee was handed to Australia Post on Friday, so you'll have to drink your current supply at super speed or gift our coffee to someone and place another order with us for delayed dispatch. For future reference if you forget to add a delayed dispatch note and email us the same day right after you place your order we can usually stop the dispatch and add a note to the order. I know 1st hand how easy typos are…with that said could you please send a reply email to your order confirmation now so I'm 100% certain I'm looking at the correct order?

I hope you have a terrific coffee filled week :)

      Best Wishes,

      Tom.

      • No worries at all Tom, thanks for your speedy reply

        • Really appreciate your upbeat, understanding response :) :) :)

  • Is there any way to find out whether my coffee has been shipped or not? All I received was the paypal payment confirmation on 27/01 when I placed the order. I chose the no delivery company preference option.

    • Thank you so much for placing a fantastic order with us, it's truly appreciated!

You should have also received an order confirmation with the PayPal confirmation, perhaps it went to spam :)

  • And ignore my comment above. Just received an email with an update. Now waiting to try it as soon as it gets here.

    • Terrific to hear!

      • Hopefully it get here soon. Was shipped out on 31st and I'm in Melbourne.

        • Fingers crossed :)

Could you please send a reply email to your order confirmation and I'll look into the status of your delivered ASAP?

          • @LimeBlueCoffee: Cheers. Just did. I have descaled the coffee machine and the grinder has been cleaned too. All ready to try the new coffee :)

            • @gadgetfreak28: Love that prep work, talk about setting yourself up for a perfect coffee!!!

Appreciate the follow up, received and replied :)

              • @LimeBlueCoffee: Thanks for the super quick turnaround. Cheers.

                • +1

@gadgetfreak28: Got to keep it speedy…on occasion time moves too fast for a "super quick turnaround" but that won't stop me trying haha :)

                • @gadgetfreak28: Check out the top of your letterbox :)

                  • @LimeBlueCoffee: Thanks again. Shipping was super quick and very happy with the fact that the beans were roasted yesterday. Will give it a go first thing tomorrow morning. Keep up the great work :)

                  • @LimeBlueCoffee: How does a regular Friday become a Good Friday? By having a good coffee in the morning. Well in our case the coffee was not just good but great. The beans were really fresh and it produced a great shot. Tasted really good too. Keep up the great work guys.

  • Anyone in Melbourne got theirs yet? Mine was picked up a few days ago, hoping it gets here before the weekend

    • Morning :)

Thank you so much for placing a terrific order with us, it really does mean so much to the team!

We have seen a number of Lime Bluer's in Melbourne receive their fresh coffee from this deal as early as Monday this week. Could you please send a reply email to your order confirmation and I'll look into the status of your delivered ASAP?

    • I havent either. Got a notification Monday that it was picked up and then Nada

Have sent them an email, but no reply as yet.

      • Hey @cooleagles

Thanks so much for your terrific order, it really does mean so much!

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. I believe all emails relating to tracking updates sent yesterday have been replied to. I'll DM you not to ensure your's has not been missed :)

    • Mine arrived in Melbourne 2 days ago - perfect timing. So fresh I had to go much coarser on my grinder. Auspost still slightly slower than the no name courier from last deal that was uber fast.

      • Love it, absolute music to my ears, fresh and speedy deliver for the win, woohoo!!!

Thank you so much for your orders with us, they're truly appreciated and will never be taken for granted :)

  • Ordered and received one today.

Paper bag with a hole on the side of the bag. Needless to say beans were spilling out. And with transit and delivery, can't say it in "fresh" condition as coffee bean should be.

First time buyer, and not impress.

    Guess I'm just unlucky.

    • Thank you so much for your order, it really is appreciated!

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. If you emailed us this morning I replied straight away to assure you the bag was perfect when we handed it to Australia Post. I also apologised for the less than optimal delivery experience and mess, advised you to throw out that coffee and said we'd be shipping your another bag of fresh coffee today via a free upgrade to express post shipping with a fragile sticker and extra packaging protection. Once again I'm sorry and this is frustrating from our side too. We only see a small fraction of damaged parcels, on average it's literally ~0.003% of orders, yet still quite frustrating to see, so I know how you may feel. I wish I could drive out fresh coffee to you today, but you're in a different State :)

Alternately, if you haven't emailed us yet please ignore the above and could you please do so when you have time so I can do my best to resolved the situation ASAP?

      • Thank you for your reply. And I can see the passion you put in the beans, via our communication here. I understand that Im in different state so there will be delivery time. And as I said, I was unlucky with the packaging process. I'll shoot you an email today.
Thank you for your time and dedication!!!

        • WOW what a thoughtful thing to say, thank you so much. It's music to my ears to know we're on the same page and that my response has been received so well by you and that my love for coffee and Lime Blue is shinning through the words :) :) :)

Got your email thanks and have sent a response.

I hope you have a terrific night!

Ordered mine on 28 Jan, got it delivered an hour ago. The packaging is awesome, waterproof, so wouldn't have issues if it was delivered in a rain.
Great instructions on the pack! … and an educational note about pigeons!

  • +1

Not happy with AUS Post being very slow.
Mine was shipped/processed on Mon 31 Jan and only got to the Melb airport on Wed 2 Feb.
In multi transits to the next AU Post facility from Thursday-Friday 3–4 Feb. No further updates since! Already a week without coffee beans I ended up getting some from my local cafe. Any further delays kinda defeat the purpose of buying fresh beans.
