    It's either 2% or 5% when you have dashpass (depending on age of account/loyalty)

      The crappy part is that they increased the service fee by about 1000% the week after they went on a big push to get DashPass subscribers to switch to an annual plan, which they obviously left out that they were about to rip you off by increasing the service fee by an eye-bleeding amount.

        I honestly don't get what you're saying, the service fee of 10% (without dashpass) is the same at Uber Eats and Menulog. Menulog is worse in the way (for me) that it actually is a $2 min service fee not $1 and higher delivery fees than on other platforms.

        With Uber Pass: service fee is still 10%.
        With Dashpass: service fee is between 2-5%. For me it is 2% and that's what it always seemed to be? I mean if you can't afford 40c on a $20 order you probably shouldn't be ordering on these platforms.

        Deliveroo has a $4 small order fee under $15, which is more than any other.

  I received this code to an email address I forgot I had a DD account with, so I logged out of my regular account and into the old one. The delivery prices went up from $3.99 to $4.99 to the same delivery address. Rude.

    Least it's not like Uber Eats, where if you have a free food promo due to Uber Pass there's suddenly "no delivery partners nearby" even though the place next door to it with no promo does.
