I think this is for buying vouchers directly from the stores - i.e. you have to go in-store and buy a voucher using your MC which is assigned to your ShopBack account. It's mostly bubble tea and cafe's. And the stores are only in Sydney.
It's a voucher you buy via the app which you then redeem in-stores.
Worth clarifying that in-store vouchers here refer to vouchers for participating stores (mainly food and drink stores) found under the 'In-Store' tab in the app.
This deal is not referring to eGift cards such as the Super Swap Card which are found on the 'Gift Cards' tab.
