Not bad I reckon, it's about $1.50 per bottle (750 ml), don't know about taste and quality , I am not a wine lover , just to stock it up for warming incoming winter and cooking.

Got a $120 case of shiraz for $75 delivered.. If i'm going to have a crack at the bargain I want a decent wine out of it, and I figure they're more likely to honour orders where they actually take some money rather than a total loss.. I'll be happy if I receive the wine or if they cancel the order that's ok, aslong as they don't try and charge the difference. The wine better be good too lol

Looking at the reviews you made a better choice, I went for the 2010 Beresford Beacon Hill Shiraz, not as much of a discount and no secondary reviews.. should be decent though hopefully. Wouldn't pay full price in my case, only interested with the discount.

Wow, they've jacked the price up on the Super Value Dozen from $69.96 to $83.40! I bought the exact same case for $24.96 delivered to Sydney about 2 hours ago.

It's interesting to watch how they are managing this. Just in the last half hour, several of wines have gone out of stock at the same time, and the price of the cheapest bottles has all been raised a dollar or two.
So it appears they have decided to roll with the punches and use the traffic/customers that are coming their way.
loss leader - free advertising - increase customer base - call it what you like, they probably see it as good for business.

BEI79 worked for me $50 discount. Price had risen to $83 for the mixed case, but that still works out at $3 each delivered.
TBH I can get decent* wine for $4-5 anyway so it's not mindblowingly cheap. I wouldn't care if they cancelled!

Apparently RRP $31.95 and after the $50 discount I got it for $6.20 each delivered.
I left it to late to pull the trigger on this one and as others already noted, crackawines have already increased the price of some wines and put the 'out of stock' sticker on some good ones that I had my eye on.

I had to have a go for the original Crackawines offer here but it was gone before I knew about it. However a very similar box of 12 was later offered that with the discount brought the price down to 38.40 = app $2 a bottle - not bad at all, and delivered in Bris.
I must say I nearly gave up trying to find a code that worked - am learning - but a variation of the last one posted worked and it was 'Happy Mother's day' here too. Still don't know why it worked - if someone could explain?

On another note. And FYI, at Xmas I drank some wine which I rarely do, and also found there is a product that claims to neutralize the stuff that causes the headaches, in Woolies Liquor Store, $5 for 4ml dropper bottle - used a drop at a time. I convinced him to let me try it free and he agreed and I have to say it worked - or alcohol producers have cleaned up their act?
In Woolies it's called 'Pure Wine' and claims to 'Avoid the headaches/eliminate the preservatives'. Their site is www.purewine.com.au but can't find the ingredient - nothing to do with me, I'm just a user. Just thought I'd pass it on in case it works for others. Maybe a Wollies/bottle shop worker can get a hold of some and test for us?

Just got an email saying that my 2 orders both had vouchers removed and extra charged to my account. Replied that I expect a refund and cancel both orders.
I just got email saying they had charged my credit card for extra amount. I have also asked for orders to be canceled and charges refunded. I accept that these orders could be canceled but not to be charged unauthorized amounts.
I only used one code, spent $90 (after discount) and even asked them to change my selection after the order went through (which I thought was pushing it) and they were surprisingly very helpful, switched my order around and said they'd honour the discount even though it wasn't legitimate. Pretty impressed really, will use them again for sure. Wouldn't want to be the guy that came up with their voucher code system though, oops.
Still working if you try hard enough for a code, last time I checked was bfl83 - only issue is the prices are extremely jacked up now….. Pretty much next to nothing for under $40 out of pocket… Still cheap, but not as cheap as last night. Damn I wish my pay rose 30% overnight!!!

We're the ones screwing around with Cracka's code system. We're the ones at fault technically, and we were warned.
Stop being so dramatic and just email them asking to apply the discount or cancel the order. Many others, including myself have had no issues organising the code/discount to be applied.
This changes nothing - there is no way someone should be charging a credit card without authorisation.
Debatable. The clear warning on their website about using multiple discount codes gives them some authority to initiate such charges.
Nevertheless, what they should do is to send you an Email asking for the extra charges, and if not paid, cancel the order.
I suspect they have difficulty charging more with PayPal transactions, that's why they're targeting only cc purchases. I did one of each and it was the cc that had extra. I notice someone above did both with cc and had both vouchers charged.

I can understand them cancelling the order if they want and doing a refund, but just putting an unauthorized payment on the credit card, thats theft.
If you leave a phone number, we may call you to discuss - either the extra charge $50 or refund. As I knew, they called someone yesterday about the 2 orders placed and one order has been cancelled after the phone conversation. I totally agreed that unauthorized payment won't be permitted in this situation.

i bought two cases. one using my work email and one using my home email. They sent an email to the home address saying it has shipped and one to the work address saying the order has been cancelled because I broke their terms and conditions. Paid both through paypal and didnt get charged any extras
As I thought, they probably can't charge extra without authorisation for PayPal. Note to self: always use Paypal from now on :/

We tried to contact as many customers as we could about the extra charge and where we were able to cancel the orders we did so before we made the charge.
Only customers who were in breach of our terms and conditions (by using more than one code & in some cases 3 or 4), whose orders we were unable to cancel were charged.
We were more than happy to honour codes for people, like yourself, who only used one code.

Missappropriate maybe. Stealing, i don't think so. It's not like a robot was processing this orders you know. They had a chance to look at the orders and cancel them and refund the money.
They accepted the order,accepted the money, packed the order and delivered them. I would not call it stealing.
I actually think they are going to learn from this. As for them taking unauthorised payments from other cc's that's called stealing.
yep i've lodged a dispute with my bank about the extra charge. I'm pretty confident I'll get the $50 cancelled. The bank has the tax invoice and correspondence with cracka.
