Free Backpack (Black Colour Only, Retails $9) with $50 Minimum Spend + Delivery ($0 C&C/ $150 Order) @ Decathlon

360
FREEBACKPACK50

I think it work either delivery or click and collect orders.

It works only for 10 litre ($9) backpack in black color. I wish it was working for 20 litre backpack.

Can anyone explain how their birthday discount system works in the comments section below?

Mod 3/2: As of now free shipping requires a $150 spend, not $79. Updated title.

    • I don't think there is really a bargain for now however if someone about to order something they can add the backpack to their basket for free. that's why I posted.

What is this website called ?

I know mate, this is ozbargain however similar posts posted before. People order from Decathlon often and I thought if someone about to buy something they can get a free backpack. I will be ordering something which I can't find cheaper than Decathlon anywhere!

free is a pretty good bargain to me.

    • The condescension.
Have you noticed the webpage title in your browser tab doesn't solely mention "deals"?

I remember going to decathlon and they gave my 3 kids one of those backpacks each and I didn’t even buy anything. Reckon they lasted about 2 hours before zips broke.

    • Good demonstration that you get what you pay for…

  • I used to love Decathlon stuff but either the prices have increased, or maybe I've "outgrown" their quality but their value vs cost isn't really appealing to me anymore for some reason.

Few brands are good - Quechua, Tribord (dont see much stuff anymore) are awesome. Too many poor quality brands coming in now

      • The $40 Tribord rain jacket I bought looks great and keeps my dry in hours of heavy rain.

        • I had a Tribord rashie that lasted me 10 years. They don’t sell those anymore - Olaian is what they sell now which is awful.

      • Triban bikes are good value, at least up until 2021 with the RC500/520. Not sure about the upcoming range they seem to be going with lower spec but raising prices.

    • For school shoes, decathlon is not too bad for the price as the shoes are outgrown too quickly.

      • True it's defo a step up from kmart shoes.

  • ok, i put my order in, thank you. i think these use to cost like 3.50 or 4.50 before. free is awesome

  • Not relevant to the deal, just wondering if anyone have first hand experience on their apparels shirts etc

last year I bought 2 down jackets when they are 50% off with combined another $20 off vouchers. Good quality. Probably I will wear them next couple of years if not longer.

    • they are just as good, but a lot cheaper.

  • Seems to be expired

    • It still works for the black 10L bag. You need to have $50 value in your basket.

  • Free Hat!

  • Wow, that bag doesn't look like it would make a week in schoolbag circulation, I can already see fraying and a half attached strap just from the little icon!

awesome, complaining about something free. i will personally refund you if you are not satisfied, and i don't even work for decathlon.

    • my 2 kids have used these packs for school excursions and day outs to carry drink bottle and snacks. and a light jacket., for the last couple of years.. and is still hanging on the back of the door for next use..

i guess it's also how they use them YMMV

  • its says $150 for free shipping, not $79
