      I got the same cancellation message today after placing an order of the 12 pack of the bullet nib permanent markers from the same ozbargain post as that deal. I noticed they've removed the '12 pack' part from the listing's name at some point after I placed the order so I guess this was their way of wriggling out of delivering a pack of 12 for the price of 1; by claiming that they can't get the '12 pack' from the supplier anymore while keeping the listing for the now '1 pack' up. Still says 12x in the Features & Details though.

      Same. Had to talk for 23 mins to customer support to get it sorted. It's quite unlike Amazon, they're normally pretty error-free, and quick to fix issues.

      It still clearly says on the product page:
      * Unit count 12 count
      * Size ‎12 Count (Pack of 1)

      Furthermore :
      * the item description has changed - it previously said "Artline, 12101, Supreme Fineline Pen, 0.4MM, Black, 12 Pack", which is what it still says in my order history.
      * the first picture previously showed a number of pens (I assume 12) - that has been removed since.

      But the ASIN ( B07614FX82 ) apparently indicates just one pen, which is what caused it to take so long to resolve. How I'm supposed to know what the ASIN code means is beyond me, apparently they hover over it and is says "unit: 1", whereas for me nothing pops up, and I go from what it actually says on product page & description (which is still wrong at the time of writing, and even if it is fixed, it doesn't change what it said when I bought it … sigh).

      Anyway, we got there in the end, the Amazon CS refunded me the $2.55, let me keep the pen, and gave me a $5 promo credit.

      Edit: I used the phone call option, maybe try the live chat option instead, other people seem to have better luck with that.

        Same as you! Online chat people took ages, insisted it’s one pen. I had a screenshot of the item being 1 pack, 12 counts. Which I see that as 1 box of 12 pens. Provided to them, then they said it’s an listing error. Unable to resend will have to refund. I called spoke the the rep, they said the same. Told me I can keep my single pen, and that the listing was being ‘Investigated’ internally. Ohhhh well!

        Good thing is, I personally didn’t find the supreme pen that good, it was a bit scratchy compares to Artline 200 fine liner.

            The item is actually no longer available now.

            They offered me and many others a refund. Did they not do the same for you?

      The tax invoice says "1 Artline, 12101, Supreme Fineline Pen, 0.4MM, Black | B07614FX82"

      But the order summary says "Artline, 12101, Supreme Fineline Pen, 0.4MM, Black, 12 Pack"

      I think the difference arises because the order summary is using what the item title was at the time it was ordered, but the tax invoice uses the current item title. It's a mess. Amazon should show on the tax invoice the title of the thing when you ordered it, not the later modified title.

        Fixed it via chat, but only refunded, they said ran out of stock, was a bit worried the invoice didn't clearly say pack of 12. Lucky I am on this forum, otherwise I would have assumed it is a pack of 1 pen only. Only good thing got 1 free pen, the lid is a bit hard to open though.
