The WD SA510 is probably your best bet for m.2 sata I reckon. There are other options though, from Silicon Power etc.

They (nvme) might work with a pcie adapter. You’d need to check if it would be bootable though, if that’s what you’d need.

Handheld only as they don't have batteries. There's an attachment that allows them to be used as a (wired) controller but it's a bit pricey…
